When can I expect to meet with a provider after completing the intake process?

A staff member will call you within 24 hours to schedule your appointment. Patients can usually be accommodated within one week.

How often will I need to meet with my provider once I am an established patient?

As all patients needs are not the same, the frequency of visits will be determined between the patient and provider. A care plan will be developed in accordance with patient needs.

How am I matched with a provider?

This is based on clinical needs of the patient and expertise of the provider. We have a vast team of specialists to meet each patients needs.
