Amy's Story
My ultimate goal as a mental health professional is to help others feel safe enough to love themselves and recognize their worth, no matter where they are in their journey. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to pursue what they are seeking in their lives.
A guiding quote that reflects my professional outlook is, “Be somebody who makes everybody feel like a somebody.” It reminds me daily of the importance of presence, compassion, and treating every person with dignity. I enjoy helping individuals build the skills and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges, while offering support through understanding and empathy. I believe it’s important to remind people that they are not alone.
Being part of someone’s journey toward a better quality of life is both a privilege and deeply rewarding. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and develop the confidence and tools needed to move forward.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones.
