Samantha’s Story

With a background in the field that spans over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of life challenges. My early work in clinical case management gave me a strong foundation in understanding systems, crisis care, and long-term support. Now, as a therapist, I focus on helping clients navigate trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and relationship struggles with a steady, down-to-earth approach rooted in trust and empathy.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. My role is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths and move toward healing.

I’m committed to ongoing learning and staying current in the field. I’m a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a PhD student in Counselor Education and Supervision (expected 2027), and an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES), and the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD).

At Modern Psychiatry, I’m proud to be part of a collaborative, compassionate team that prioritizes personalized care and client-centered values.
