Benefits of Executive Function Training
Executive Function Training can help individuals improve daily functioning, increase independence, reduce stress from unfinished tasks, and build confidence in their ability to manage responsibilities. Participants learn to move beyond knowing what they should do and begin practicing how to do it through concrete, repeatable strategies.
Over time, training can support more consistent routines, improved task completion, stronger self-advocacy, and better management of responsibilities at home, school, work, and in the community.
Flexible Access Across State Lines
We offer Executive Function Training options accessible across state lines, expanding opportunities for individuals to receive support that fits their schedules and needs. This service is NOT covered by insurance.
Our goal is to help individuals build skills that last beyond the session—creating practical systems for everyday life, strengthening independence, and turning intentions into action.
ADHD Skills Group
Build Skills. Improve Focus. Strengthen Confidence.
Our ADHD Skills Group helps adults with ADHD better understand how their brains work and develop practical strategies to navigate everyday challenges. Led by a licensed therapist and an EFC (Executive Functioning Coach), this group combines therapeutic support with hands-on skill-building to help individuals strengthen executive functioning, improve emotional regulation, and increase independence.
Individuals will learn practical, evidence-informed strategies to manage attention, organize tasks, improve time management, overcome procrastination, regulate emotions, and build motivation. Through guided activities, group discussions, and real-life practice, members will identify their strengths, explore what works best for them, and develop personalized strategies they can apply at home, school, work, and in daily life.
Our collaborative approach combines the licensed therapist’s expertise in emotional and behavioral health with the EFC coach’s practical strategies for executive functioning and daily living. The goal is to help individuals move beyond understanding ADHD to building practical skills, increasing confidence, and creating lasting, meaningful change.
Pomodoro Focus Sessions: Monthly
Work with Your Brain, Not Against It!
Pomodoro Focus Sessions are structured work periods designed to help individuals with executive function challenges improve focus, increase productivity, and overcome procrastination. Using the Pomodoro Technique, individuals break tasks into manageable work intervals followed by short, scheduled breaks. This approach helps make overwhelming tasks feel more achievable while providing a clear plan for getting started and staying on track.
During each session, individuals identify a specific task or goal, work on it for a set period, and take a brief break before beginning the next interval. Sessions can be completed independently or alongside others through body doubling—working in the presence of another person to increase accountability and support task completion.
How It Works
- Choose a task: Identify one specific, achievable goal.
- Set a timer: Focus on the task for a designated interval, often 25 minutes.
- Take a short break: Rest for approximately 5 minutes before returning to work.
- Repeat the cycle: Complete additional intervals as needed, with longer breaks after several rounds.
- Reflect on progress: Review what was accomplished and identify next steps.
The Goal: Pomodoro Focus Sessions are not about working harder or being productive every minute. They create a manageable structure that supports focus, reduces overwhelm, and helps individuals take meaningful steps toward their goals—one interval at a time.
Flexible Access Across State Lines
Our virtual Pomodoro Focus Sessions provide flexible access to structured focus time and accountability, regardless of state location. We offer sessions multiple times throughout the week at varying times to accommodate different schedules, routines, and productivity needs.

Build consistency, strengthen focus, and accomplish more—one session at a time.
