Lindsey’s Story

With 11 years of experience in the mental health field, I believe meaningful care begins with truly listening, validating each person’s experience, and meeting clients where they are in that moment. My goal is to provide guidance and support that helps clients work toward positive change at their own pace. I believe that “every bit of progress matters, no matter how small.” I enjoy being there for my clients during difficult times and supporting them as they work through life’s challenges. It is incredibly rewarding to witness their growth and see the positive changes they make along the way. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment where clients feel truly heard and understood and feel free to be themselves without judgment.

I work with teens, young adults, and families, with a focus on anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, substance use, and family counseling. I believe every individual’s journey is unique, and I aim to provide compassionate, individualized support that meets each client where they are.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the beach, being out on the water, and exercising.
