Donald’s Story
My approach to mental health care is grounded in a commitment to service and helping others. With more than 20 years of experience in mental health and critical care, I have had the opportunity to support individuals across the lifespan through a wide range of challenges and stages of life.
What I enjoy most about working in the mental health field is being able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. I strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. My goal is for each person I work with to leave our time together feeling supported and empowered, with an emphasis on selfless service and genuine care.
My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders. I believe that every individual deserves compassionate, individualized care, and I work to meet each client where they are in their journey.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, playing Xbox, and skeet shooting.
