Catherine's Story

My goal as a mental health professional is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people I work with. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where each person feels heard, understood, respected, and accepted. I believe in meeting people where they are, listening without judgment, and helping them discover their own path toward growth and healing.

What I enjoy most about working in the mental health field is building meaningful connections with people and supporting them through difficult times. I find it especially rewarding to help individuals recognize their strengths, work through challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and grow in confidence. Even small moments of progress can make a meaningful difference, and being part of that journey is what makes this work so rewarding to me.

I hope my clients leave our work together feeling heard, understood, and more confident in themselves. My goal is to help them recognize their strengths, develop a better understanding of themselves, and feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives. Most importantly, I want my clients to know that they do not have to navigate difficult times alone and that asking for support is a sign of strength.

Outside of work, I am very family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my children and loved ones. I love being outdoors, especially biking and spending time at the beach. I also enjoy roller skating and finding fun ways to stay active. Most importantly, I value spending quality time with my family and creating meaningful memories together.
