Kasia’s Story

From my very first mental health rotation, I knew I had found my purpose. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am grateful each day to walk alongside people as they seek healing, stability, and hope for the future.

My work focuses on helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, mood disorders, addictions, schizophrenia, and life transitions. I believe care should always be a collaborative process. My patients’ experiences, insights, and goals guide every treatment decision we make together.

I strive to create a space where people feel safe, respected, and truly heard. Open communication, honesty, and a non-judgmental approach are at the heart of how I connect with those I serve. Above all, I want my patients to feel supported as we work together toward their best possible quality of life.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time in nature. I also care for my beloved cats and tend to an ever-growing garden and houseplant collection. I speak fluent Polish and go by Kasia- my Polish name.
